Pricing:

All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current UK rate in Pounds Sterling.

The price of goods advertised does not include delivery charges.

The price of goods will be taken from the date of the listing on towcraft.co.uk.

Towcraft Ltd will not be obliged to supply goods at an incorrect price, in the case of an item being incorrectly advertised by Towcraft Ltd the buyer will be notified and will be given the options of continuing with the corrected price or cancelling the order for a full refund.

Towcraft Ltd reserve the right to amend prices without giving notification.

Dispatch/Delivery

Goods will only be dispatched to locations within the United Kingdom.

A premium may be applicable on deliveries to Scottish Highlands.

Goods will normally be dispatched within 3 working days of receiving an order (working days does not include Saturdays, Sundays, Bank Holidays or during Business closures).

All orders are subject to stock availability, if, in the unlikely event you place an order for an out of stock, item we will contact you to arrange amending or cancelling the order. Towcraft Ltd does not accept any liability for costs incurred due to an out of stock item.

Delivery of goods may take up to seven working days from dispatch of the order (working days does not include Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays).

Towcraft Ltd will contact the buyer if any delays in dispatch are to be expected.

Towcraft Ltd does not accept any liability for unforeseen delays in delivery of an item.

Payment:

Payment can be made by Credit Card (not AMEX), Debit Card or via PayPal.

All credit/debit card payments are subject to validation checks and approved authorisation by the card issuer. In the case of a declined authorisation Towcraft Ltd will cancel the buyers order and will not be responsible for any liability arising from the cancellation.

Returns/Cancellations:

The buyer has the right to cancel an order from the moment an order is placed up to 14 days from date of delivery. It is the buyers responsibility to notify Towcraft Ltd of the intent to cancel an order within this time frame. Cancelled orders must be returned to Towcraft Ltd within 14 days from date of delivery. The buyers right to cancel allows for a full refund of all payments including standard delivery. It is the buyers responsibility to pay any costs relating to return of cancelled orders. All items must be returned to Towcraft Ltd registered address. Goods returned under this policy must be unused and in their original packaging. Items returned in a used or damaged state will result in a deduction form the refund given. Towcraft Ltd will endeavour to arrange a refund within 7 working days after returned goods have been received. Refunds will only be made via the original payment method.

Damaged items:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to check the contents of the goods thoroughly once a delivery has been made. It is the responsibility of the buyer to notify Towcraft Ltd of any damage within 48hrs of delivery for the issue to be rectified. All packaging must be retained when reporting missing or damaged items. Towcraft may require photographic evidence to help expedite the situation. Towcraft Ltd will not accept liability for any costs incurred on the buyer due to an item being damaged or items missing.

The information displayed on Towcraft Ltd listings are supplied by the items manufacturer. Towcraft Ltd do not accept any responsibility for inaccuracies with this data. The detail and colour reproduction on our website is as accurate as the information/images supplied by the items manufacturer and as technology allows. Towcraft Ltd do not accept any responsibility for inaccuracies with this information. Towcraft Ltd reserve the right to amend item specifics and images without giving notice.

Warranties:

All goods supplied by Towcraft Ltd will be warranted as required by legislation, but the maximum term will not exceed 12 months. Should the warranty period specified by the manufacturer at the time of supply exceed those required by law or specified by Towcraft Ltd, in the event of a claim Towcraft Ltd will, at its discretion, refer the matter to the manufacturers for investigation. Any settlement of the claims under the terms of the Manufacturers warranty, or extended warranty will be at the discretion of the Manufacturer and Towcraft Ltd will not accept liability. Extended or Lifetime warranties offered by certain manufacturers are not in any way attributable to Towcraft Ltd and any correspondence, negotiations, discussions or claims relating to goods or services under such warranties will be referred to the manufacturer. Towcraft Ltd will act as an intermediary if required but will not be responsible for the outcome of any such negotiations.
